Wen is in-house legal counsel for DT Capital Partners and the DT Capital RMB Fund. Prior to joining DT Capital Partners, Wen was a lawyer at King & Wood in the Shanghai Office, where she participated in several projects related to FDI, M&A and IPO. Prior to that, Wen was a paralegal in the Grandall Legal Group and Yingzhijie Law Firm.

Wen holds an LLM Degree of Commercial Law from Birmingham University, UK and an LLB Degree in East China University of Politics and Law. Wen also holds a PRC Law Professional Qualification Certificate.
