Xiaolu is a Director at DT Capital Partners. Prior to joining DT Capital, Xiaolu was a Senior Research Scientist at Royal Philips, focusing on driving breakaway innovations to create profitable growth for Philips and bringing Philips technologies to the China market. He was also appointed by Philips China CTO as a Quality Officer at Philips Research East Asia and has guided a number of teams to improve their strategic planning and project management. Prior to that, Xiaolu was a Project Manager at Huawei Technologies, where he led the international teams to develop the cdma2000 1X packet data modules.

Xiaolu received an MBA degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, with half a year exchange study at U.C. Berkeley. He holds a Master degree in Microwave Communication and a Bachelor degree in Applied Electronics (Power Electronics) from Zhejiang University. He also holds 7 patents.
